As I explored the extended park / trail that makes up the Coachman Ridge park and the Long Center Complex, I spotted this very different view of The Long Center. Neat looking architecture, my first thought. What purpose though, my second thought. Hmmm, does that mean I am a function over form kind of guy? Finally, Ah-ha, wheelchair ramp, my third thought. Sometimes, it seems like the daylight comes so slowly.
So, there is a bit of functional architecture that combines both form and function. They could have made it quite plain. Of course, you could also say they could make it more ornate, but then... it is a municipal building, not an Opera House or Church.
